I have always been competitive and played many sports growing up. I began racing at the age of 12. It all began when my father took me to watch his friend's son race karts. It was an instantaneous defining moment for me. I knew at that moment this is what I wanted to do with my life. My father immediately could see the look in my eye of how bad I hungered to get in the seat of that kart and drive. We were both very interested, so we bought a kart that same day and my career began.

I won regularly and started building a reputation. I earned respect from the other drivers and was known for being a fast race car driver. Over time, I was nick-named "The Flash" because I always had a shiny clean kart and was fast as a flash. I won many championships while I was racing Karts. I won the Top Dawg Championship at Denton, Texas in 1996, the Texas State Championship (1999 and 2003) and the Louisiana State Championship in 1999.

In 2003, my father and I knew I needed to advance into something bigger. We eventually found a great class to move up into, The Allison Legacy Series. These cars are 3/4 scale Nascar Sprint Cup cars. It is a spec class so only knowledge and talent will benefit you to compete and win races. I have obtained a wealth of knowledge, just driving in this circuit. In 2008, I was able to take another step forward in my racing career by advancing to a different series.

As of 2009, I have been driving in the NASCAR 360 Motorsports Truck Series. The Cannon Racing Nascar Truck is currently competing at Houston Motorsports Park and Thunderhill Raceway.

Cannon Racing has many goals we would like to achieve this year and we are eager to achieve them. I could not thank my sponsors enough for all their support,Cannon Racing Team, David Chicken, Bottle Rocket, Cannonball Express Courier Services, BDL Inc.,C & J Roofing & Sheetmetal Inc.,Main St. Tire, and Kinder Graphics.
